TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
For commercial use, please check additional terms here.
Please ensure you provide me with these references; Pose, Character/OC reference, and Clothing/Style Reference.
For each catogories of reference not provided, $10 USD will be added to the total cost of the Commission.
Prices are non-negotiable, except lowering the details of the illustration.
For payment, 10% of the total cost is due to queue the commission, then 90% is due upon starting the commission ( one time 100% payment is also acceptable ). Additonally, the commissioner is responsible for paying the PAYPAL transaction fee of 4.40% + ¢30 for each transaction. both will be requested to pay within 10 days.
After discussing some more details and accepting your commission, I will provide you with a sketch which you may edit up to 3 times.
Any edits past the sketch phase or after 3 edits will be charged. Small edit details do not count during the sketch phase. Cost of additional edits vary upon complexity of changes.
Time of completion for each commission varies on the amount of details requested, after agreed upon work slot date.
Works will be delivered via email and Google Drive
Original Psd. files won't be provided except commercial commission. If you want to have it, there will be charged for additional $100.

Licensing InformationI retain all usage rights and licenses on non-commercial fanart commissions accepted and completed for clients. This effectively means that your commission may be used for publishing for portfolio purposes and being used on merchandise.
Cancellation
10% of the total cost ( due to queue the commission ) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Cancellation after the work has been started WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
I have the right to cancel the commission, if commissioner did not pay within agreed period.
I have the right to reject any submission that aren't following the terms above or match my speciality.

Pixiv request is also acceptable.

Working Process
I'll reply to your submission with available date slot and price according to your brief. If it's settled, please confirm to proceed to next step.

I'll send you an invoice for first 10% of the total cost which is due to queue the commission. Other 90% is due upon starting the commission. Additonally, the commissioner is responsible for paying the PAYPAL transaction fee of 4.40% + ¢30 for each transaction. Please pay both within 10 days

Commercial Information
Disclaimer : I exclusively work with Bishoujo Complex for the NA Region. Any requests from brands/vendors within this region must aknowledge that all commercial usage commissions must only be considered collabs with Bishoujo Complex after discussion.
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me for your brand! The price of commercial usage is 2X the cost of non-commercial usage commissions. This is negotiable depending on the job requirements. I may also be open to royalties per sale depending on provided sales figures from the inquiring brand/vendor. If you are requesting licenses of an illustration that has already been completed please contact me at: [email protected] so we may discuss options regarding those pieces. Other brands/vendors completed commercial usage illustrations may only be used after discussing collaboration with the license holding brand.
